Job Description:

  • The Project Manager supporting Biller Solutions product launch process is a critical and central role in the overall process. This individual will have the responsibility of managing the execution plan for go-to-market activities for all new products and services. With accountability for ensuring organizational readiness for product launches, the role requires someone with a combination of strong project/program management skills, consensus building, and an ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams. This position works closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Communication, Product Support/Service, Account Management, and Sales. 
    • Ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery that is aligned with product management and market segment leaders to establish product launch plan 

    • Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders 

    • Manage all elements of executing the product launch plan in support of go-to-market and internal organizational readiness 

    • Exhibit proactive behavior by engaging in project planning activities, including but not limited to: Defining the overall scope of the project; Creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule highlighting the major milestones and associated dates for project activities; Identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts; Putting mechanisms in place to ensure on-going control of the project (E.g., Kick off meeting, overall Project Management Approach, Communication Plan, Risk Management, Issues Management, Change Control, etc.) 

    • Define project governance, outlining roles, responsibilities, decision rights and clearly defined escalation path in accordance to overall best practices required to facilitate high quality product launches, including creation of metrics and dashboards to provide organizational visibility 

    • Ensure success criteria defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to attain expected project outcomes. Work with operational stakeholders to drive detail plans as appropriate. Understand the scope and operational requirements and impacts of all cross functional teams for each launch 

    • Keep all stakeholders (internal & external) engaged in the project, aligned on expected outcomes and informed about what is occurring throughout project. Coordinate regular launch team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members 

    • Proactively communicate the project’s progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle. Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions. Maintain a calendar of future launches, communicating and educating launch process out to the operational stakeholders. 

    • Facilitate alignment and approach for all related client business areas to meet One Client Objectives. Apply the global product launch process to all product launches including inputs, timelines and key deliverables from cross-functional partners, managing multiple launches at the same time 



  • • Bachelor degree in business or equivalent work experience 
    • 5-7 years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience 
    • Knowledge of- and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycles 
    • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired 
    • Experience in driving large scale change efforts 
    • Experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams

    • Ability to provide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders 
    Preferred Qualifications: 
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required 
    • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired 
    • Familiarity with Project Management tools 
    Working Conditions: 
    • Environment (e.g., office, warehouse, travel expectations) – general office environment 
    • Physical Requirements (e.g., lifting or standing for long periods of time) – normal activities related to an office environment
