Job Description: 

Output Solutions provides turnkey business communications solutions for the financial services, healthcare, billing, retail, agency, travel and entertainment industries. This group specializes in the production of debit, credit, gift and pre-paid cards; membership and health identification cards; statements; invoices; explanation of benefits and tax forms. The business also provides document management, branded merchandise and direct marketing services, and offers Electronic Document Delivery solutions that allow clients to securely archive and deliver high-volume e-documents, including statements, bills and reports, to their customers. 

Responsible for candidate recruitment and selection process in accordance with OFCCP regulations;

Supports front line managers in planning and forecasting their staffing pipeline.

Serve as primary contact for the full life-cycle recruitment of a variety of non-exempt manufacturing positions across multiple locations.

Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation.

Provide a consultative approach when working with hiring managers and HR business partners.

Meet or exceed performance metrics.

Maintain robust candidate pipeline, and place strong focus on the candidate experience.

Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, and HR business partners.

Assess recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities and participate in/lead enterprise improvement initiatives.

Influence and assist organizational change initiatives in support of business unit strategies.

Develop a solid understanding of business unit operations as well as the needs and challenges of managers and associates. 

Required Qualifications: 
Education: High School Diploma required 

Job Related Experience: 
o Three (3) + years’ experience recruiting in a non-exempt manufacturing environment 
o One (1) + years’ experience recruiting for remote locations 

Additional Skills/Knowledge: 
o Experience with Workday a plus 
o Microsoft Office experience is essential 
o Ability to work varying work schedules 
o Must be able to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback 
o Excellent communications skills 
o Must have experience handling confidential information
