- Recruit qualified candidates through warm calls from passive job applications and active recruiting from job boards and networking
- All recruiting is done over the phone. We don’t meet with candidates in person as a majority of our client’s needs are across the nation and not local
- Utilize recruiting tools which will be provided by Voca as a recruiting expert and secure a high return on company investment
- Recruiting from sourcing through onboarding stage
- Manage contractors after they begin their assignment working onsite with the client
- Negotiate pay rates with candidates based on client bill rate, expectations, education, and market rates if necessary
- Develop and utilize creative recruiting strategies to include social media, networking, internet, recruiting databases, professional organizations, etc. to use in conjunction with tools Voca provides
- Communicate with team members to share ideas, information, best practices, etc.
- Edit and proofread candidate resumes prior to client submissions
Compensation Package and Hours:
- Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:00pm
- Recruiter meeting every morning from 7:45-8:15 every weekday
- Annual base compensation rate is $35k plus commissions
- Commissions are paid out at 8% until you reach $100/hour profit then you go to 12% (8% for every consultant on billing, then once you hit year 4 you are locked into 12% no matter what)
- Commission starts once the recruiter hits $25/hour in profitability
- Recruiters are eligible for the monthly bonuses offered immediately upon hire ($1,000 or $750 offered every month) – 3 hires in 1 month=$750 & 4 hires =$1000
- Health insurance and 401k options after 90 days
- 40 hours PTO right away, increases at year 2 and 4
- Company paid lunches
- Trips and cash bonus incentives continuously in effect and up for grabs
- Monthly cash bonuses for 3+ starts per month, eligibility for these starts immediately upon hire
