Job Description:

Lead projects designed to enhance client experience and increase organizational efficiency 

Investigate, analyze, document and present existing business architecture, processes, practices and workflows 

Identify improvement opportunities, gather business requirements, drive successful design, and manage a cross functional team to implement recommended solutions 

Support partners to make a smooth transition from their existing processes to the optimized processes/solution through ongoing change management, consulting and advisory support 


Bachelor’s degree 
• 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience 
• Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries desired 
• Knowledge of- and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies, as well as, project lifecycles 
• working experience in Billing, Accounting and/or Finance 
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC and Business Warehouse 
• Advanced Excel, Access and Visio skills 
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, knowledge of information technology, and an inherent understanding of the business strategy to evaluate a problem/opportunity and define a solution 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong documentation and presentation skills 
• Demonstrated experience in project management, consulting, solution architecture or system implementation, and requirements gathering 
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively on large scale projects with staff at all levels 
• Flexible, self-starter who is willing to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic business culture 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Advanced database skills 
• Familiarity with Project Management tools 

Change Performance Team - Contractor Skill Requirements 

Hard Skills: 

1. Strong project Management experience including user testing and well versed in using PM software. Clarity PPM (CA Technologies) preferred 

2. Ability to develop comprehensive project plans for each project 

3. Process flow documentation including the use of Visio Software 

4. Proficient with MS Excel using formulas and graphing to identify business trends and prepare analysis reports with data 

5. Proficient with MS PowerPoint 

6. Experience in determining, documenting and creating Business Requirements 

7. Creating training manuals 

Soft Skills: 

1. Good personality and well spoken 

2. Thorough and attention to detail 

3. Critical thinking and problem solving 

4. Not afraid to ask questions, but knows when to ask or interject
