Position Details 

Job Description:
  • Oversee and conduct onboarding, legal compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and other HR operations
  • Design HR policies to support company goals and values
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and employees
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Provide input on workforce planning and organization
  • Supervise the staff of the Human Resources department
  • Job postings on social media
  • Administration of ATS and Cloud Call systems
  • Client compliance audits
  • Creating and sending out job orders and submitting candidates into client VMS systems
  • Internal onboarding and offboarding
  • Conducting and managing background checks
  • Manage office inventory and supplies
  • Manage unemployment claims
  • Manage wage garnishments
  • Verify employment
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Make bank deposits
  • Make travel arrangements for staff and clients
  • Benefits administration and renewal

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong experience in HR operations including compliance, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits, and organization development
  • Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process and detail-oriented, passionate about quality and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills, writing skills, and verbal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and operations to effectively support company goals
  • Ability to perform and adapt in the dynamic environment of the growing company
  • Experience with ATS, VMS, or ADP programs preferred
