Job Description:

  • Administrative and scheduling support for TAM and Senior Recruiting Team Position Description Overview Reporting to the VP Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting Coordinator/Analyst works closely with a team of Recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Role is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. This candidate will be an organizational guru, a master at reporting and creating meaningful power points, will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.     Job Responsibilities
    o Create, edit, and manipulate ad-hoc excel reports
    o Create weekly Power Points and other reports as needed
    o Manage applicant tracking system, moving candidates to appropriate status and over all reporting for TA team
    o Create candidate interview itineraries and manage the candidates through their face to face interviews
    o Schedule candidate interviews via Outlook and travel
    o Create, post, and close job requisitions
    o Assist Vice President and Recruiting team with various tasks as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team

    Job Requirements
    o Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills and Microsoft Office skills
    o Strong Communication and organizational skills
    o Team player and collaborative
    o Experience in a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition environment – Agency, Military or Corporate
    o Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    o Bachelor’s Degree

    o Working with Microsoft Office
    o Office Administration
    o Word Processing Software
    o Spreadsheet Software
    o Calendaring
    o HR: Policies, Standards & Procedures
    o Employee Relations
    o Confidential Investigations
