Digital Content Editor

The Content Editor will work as part of Content Strategy team in Global Brand to edit and deliver content through Client digital channels.
Daily work will involve researching and editing digital channel content that engages readers; editing content contributed by Business Unit marketing groups throughout our Client to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards; entering and publishing content to web sites and social media channels.
The Content Editor will coach content contributors through the steps of the editorial process and manage workflow of assigned content projects.
Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, communications, business, economics or other related field) required
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing content development in the area of financial services and/or technology or communications
Able to work daily from the Client Alpharetta, GA office
Demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications, all major Web browsers, and a general knowledge of business, marketing, and technology
Working knowledge of content management systems, SharePoint, social media platforms, and mobile products for home and business use
Other Skills Needed:
Excellent and demonstrated writing and editing skills for digital marketing channels, with the ability to translate potentially disjointed messages into clear, concise and impactful information
Highly organized and has the ability to manage high-volume of requests
Has an acute attention to detail
Possesses the ability to problem-solve with the capacity to sift through complex information and focus on the critical few priorities
Ability to work well in a team setting, listening and setting proper expectations with business marketing managers and other content contributors
