Position Details 
Job Description:
  •  looking for a results oriented digital analytics manager with a proven track record of using digital data to drive increased customer engagement and profitability on both BtoB and B2C digital properties.
  • This person is a critical lead within the global digital marketing team and is a direct contributor in creating an integrated, simple and easy digital experience across the entire life cycle for our Business and consumer digital programs.
  • The candidate will support development of digital user experiences and online conversions, lead our tag management and governance, and measure effectiveness of our programs
  • The Digital analytics manager will be responsible for designing, executing and reporting on our digital programs.
  • The individual will lead our tagging, tracking and user testing efforts and understand the user experience for our owned, earned and paid digital channel with the goal of creating the most seamless self-service online customer journeys.
  • This team player will develop the requirements, implementation approach and procedures and governance for tagging, tracking and measuring results of any web, mobile, social and email campaign user journeys.
  • This role will quantify the impact of any recommend changes or tests we may run and be a team collaborator with a consultative approach, working with our product, marketing and web technology teams.
  • The candidate must also have experience in leading analytics vendor reviews, vendor management, budgeting

  • BS in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science or related field required
  • 5+ years related experience with a digital agency or digital marketing organization. 
  • 5+ years related with Tealium, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics - 360, and 
  • Prior professional experience on an ecommerce web site preferred. 
  • • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools, including Adobe, and Google Analytics. 
  • At least 5+ years of professional experience data analytics, interpretation, and data reporting
  • Ability to build reports and summarize data in meaningful ways
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently against very tight deadlines, react to shifting priorities and adhere to deadlines
  • Extreme attention to detail, and desire to execute factually correct data
  • Track record of relaying meaningful stories from the data so that management understands the importance and recommendations. 
  • Desire to work in a start-up like environment and wear a few hats as a core digital team player. 
  • Must Haves
  • 5+ years related experience with a digital agency or digital marketing organization in an Digital Analytics role.
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling across multiple channels and tactics
  • Ability to build reports and summarize/interpret data in meaningful ways to extract insights. 
  • Experience with one or multiple systems including, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,, Tableau, etc
  • Experience with A/B Testing tools , web optimization, and reporting
  • Nice to Haves
  • Prior professional experience on an e-commerce web site 
  • Experience programming in R, SQL, Python
  • Experience working with large enterprise databases, with demonstrated ability to independently query and prepare data for analysis.
