Job Description:Understanding of pre-sales roles and processes (customer success planning, retention planning), experience of rolling out new roles across a global organisation.
• Responsible for: assisting the consultant and design team to complete the GTM Customer Operating Model design. This involves:
• Supporting the consultant to complete the operating model design, closing outstanding open design questions.
• Supporting the completion of the responsibility matrix for key roles (RACI), documenting L2-4 processes, documenting workshop sessions, collating and analysing KPIs and other relevant metrics, compiling and presenting information visually (ppt) and in writing to a high standard
Key skills required: experience of translating and simplifying business ideas.
Ability to synthesize information and present back in a professional format (strong ppt and excel skills essential).
