- We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Customer Service Representative to update data in our ERP system related to customer owned capital equipment.
- Includes reviewing data spreadsheets and translating the data into predefined categories, then updating the master file.

- Tracking of components sent for service loaners.
- Updating internal databases to reflect customer owned product and associated warranty contracts.
- Completes administrative functions to support order processing
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Required Medical CSR experience
- Demonstrates creativity and initiative in anticipating and solving customer problems.
- Needs effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
