Assignment Details 

Job Description:

  • The Manager of Clinical Services may directly perform some or all of the activities associated with these responsibilities below. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following: 
    o Ensures Clinical competence/excellence 
    o Responsible for maintaining Professional/Paraprofessional productivity and margins within budget goals 
    o Responsible to maximize services for revenue growth by reviewing and approving all cases and potential care plans 
    o Ensures superior customer service 
    o Adheres to all policies, procedures and standards set forth by the company, state and federal regulations 
    o Anticipates, identifies and reports in a timely manner on areas of potential risk; and plans their resolution or prevention. Consults with the Manager and Corporate Leadership staff as appropriate. 
    o Performs any other activities as directed by the Company

  • • Role Essentials 
    o Valid RN license with no disciplinary action in the state of residence  with a minimum of an Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 
    o At least 3 years of Nursing experience, preferably care management experience 
    o This role is considered patient facing and is part of the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. 
    o Possession of valid state driver’s license and access to an automobile 
    Existing community and professional contacts within the geographic market 
    Knowledge of community resources 
    Proven leadership ability to influence, motivate, develop, and empower 
    o employees to achieve objectives with a team approach. 
    At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience 
    o Proficient with Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
    o This role is a part of the Driver Safety program and therefore requires and individual to have a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,00 limits 
    Role Desirables 
    • Master’s degree in Nursing 
    • Proven ability to lead teams and build strong working relationships, internally and  
    • Experience leading remote multi-location teams 
    • Care Management Certification 
    • Experience working in private pay
