Position Details 

Job Description:

  • This B2B Professional will engage in overall sales activities promoting a suite of Paperless Financial Technology solutions targeted at the Accounting and IT departments of medium to large corporate prospects. This individual will directly support the sales team through lead generation, from cold-calling to closing, as well as prospect and customer nurturing, tracking and management, and administrative database management. This position will also support our client's marketing team by helping to develop and deliver multi-channel nurture campaigns to engage prospects and drive sales. An essential part of our client's success, the B2B Professional and CRM Administrator will be integral in reaching sales goals, nurturing relationships with prospects and tracking progress within the sales pipeline.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Lead Generation
    Develop value-added pre-sales messaging
    Nurture prospects from cold-calling to close
    Discern, qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads
    Rekindle relationships with stalled prospects
    Track and manage current and potential customers through the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    Possible travel to tradeshows/conferences and assist sales team with prospecting and lead generation
    Email Communications
    Effectively communicate with prospects via personalized emails
    Sales email development, distribution and monitoring
    Schedule product demonstrations with prospects
    Distribute webinar invitations to prospects
    Stay up-to-date on company technology and industry trends
    Work with sales team and distribute leads accordingly while providing the sales representatives with detailed information in the CRM
    CRM Administration
    Ensure that database architecture, development and maintenance are properly executed so databases run effectively
    Import and cleanup of data
    Data mining and Reporting
    Document and identify middle-tier prospects
    Work with sales/marketing to develop and deliver multi-channel nurture campaigns that engage prospects and drive sales


  • Skills Desired:
    Undergraduate degree with tech sales and marketing experience
    B2B sales experience selling hi tech solutions is a plus
    Proven track record of success exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities
    Strong prospecting, needs analysis, negotiating and relationship building skills
    Strong process discipline and organizational skills
    Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    Ambitious, driven and able to work autonomously in a goal-orientated environment for the good of the team
    Proven oral and written communications skills with attention to detail
    Strong work ethic
    Independent working and decision-making skills
    Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel and PPT, CRM, ERPs)
    Ability to learn product offerings and functionality
    Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management
    Experience in sales and database administration a plus
    Potential to expand into sales position
    Ability to take direction from multiple team members in various departments, including marketing and sales
    Excel at building relationships with prospects and nail the art of the follow-up
