- Hiring Leaders are in need of a highly detailed Administrative Assistant to provide support during their event season.
- Aids manager, director or executive by coordinating office services.
- Performs a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties including working with Microsoft applications, answering phones, event attendance and report follow up of RSVPs, orders of merchandise for events, special projects
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- ???????High school diploma or equivalent (AA or BA is HIGHLY desirable)
- Minimum of 3-4 years handling duties as detailed above
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and with a team
- Self driven and motivated to complete tasks timely
- Highly organized and detail oriented
