Position Details 

Job Description

  • Provides clerical support to a smaller department or group of individuals or works in conjunction with other clerical staff to support a work area or division.
  • May also assist with phone coverage, report preparation and meeting scheduling.
  • Responsibilities include: • Administrative functions: answering phones, calendar management, data entry into learning management systems, managing correspondence and processing expense reports, creating or modifying business documents. • Will be cross trained for shipping, must be able to lift 50lbs. • Travel experience - booking/expensing through concur or similar. • Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software. • Coordinates and maintains departmental files and spreadsheets, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations. • Uses advanced software skills to perform work assigned • May assist with training programs and proctor related activities • Performs other duties as required.

    Accountability/Scope: • Consistently interacts with Clinical Education and Training team, physicians, and field personnel • Applies a high attention to detail and creates a high degree of organization to ensure high quality work product and adherence to deadlines. Must be very organized and self-motivated to follow through on requests (without requiring follow-up), and perform professionally under pressure. Ability to handle multiple priorities and operate with a sense of urgency as required. • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements. • Consistently handles confidential or business-sensitive information. • Leads special projects as assigned.


  • Proficiency in one to two software programs is required.
  • Qualifications: • Minimum Associates Degree and 3 years previous admin experience or equivalent. • Operates with minimal supervision. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook. • Preferred previous medical device industry experience.
