Job Description

The HR Modernization project requires the selection of a Test Lead for the business process component of the project team. This role will coordinate and document all testing efforts in multiple phases over the next 18 to 24 months of the project duration. The project is designed to replace current HR systems for payroll, time and attendance, analytics, and workforce development. We are currently preparing for Pilot 2 testing to start the second week of April; this is in support of our Phase I implementation of Global HR, Work Force Management (time and attendance) and S3 (Payroll).



•           Manage business and vendor test teams for new HR system

•           Plan and manage pilot testing, system testing, integration testing and end-to-end testing: 4 phases before UAT

•           Manage and maintain test plans,  test scripts, schedules and planning sessions

•           Monitor and record defects - report to larger project team on defect and resolution process

•           Work with Project Business leads to define testing process steps

•           Create test scripts when necessary in support of the business process teams

•           Provide weekly test status at the project team lead meeting

•           Create detailed test plans

•           Coordinate and manage testing efforts

•           Report and communicate test results

•           Collaborate with team members and vendors in an effort to improve test results



•           Demonstrated experience successfully performing in a Leadership capacity in a testing environment.

•           Ability to work and communicate effectively with members of the Senior Leadership team

•           Test management: Unit, Module, End-to-End: 3+ yrs. Experience

•           Experience leading test teams on a ERP implementation

•           Strong written and oral communication skills

•           Advanced computer skills with working experience with MS Excel and Word



•           Some experience with HR system implementations, either in Payroll, HR, Benefits or Time and Attendance would be helpful
