- Seeking a temporary Coordinator Assistant for a 3-month assignment (July, August, and September).
- The hours are from 8AM-5PM.
- The employee must be available for all of July - September.
- The position has the possibility to run longer than 3 months.
- Greet customers and answer questions regarding showroom facilities
- Assist kitchen staff or caterers to serve guests throughout the day
- Assist in move items/equipment for each visit, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Make copies as needed for visit • Answer phones as needed
- Greet vendors and accept deliveries such as packages or mail Facilities focused – light office support:
- Collecting and sending the mail or FedEx
- Turning on and off equipment, such as lights, coffee, etc.
- Stocking all rooms with supplies, such as Kleenex, pens, ipads, etc.
- Restocking food areas, bathrooms, fridges, etc. as needed
- 2-3 years’ experience in a support or coordinator role
- Professional appearance, well-groomed and must dress in business attire
- Positive, customer service attitude
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Takes direction well
- Proficient in answering phones and taking detailed messages
- Proficient in MS Office software – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient typing skills Background:
- Experience working in customer service
- Experience working with serving food and beverage
- Healthcare experience is a plus
