Job Description
  • Seeking a temporary Coordinator Assistant for a 3-month assignment (July, August, and September).
  • The hours are from 8AM-5PM.
  • The employee must be available for all of July - September.
  • The position has the possibility to run longer than 3 months.
  • Greet customers and answer questions regarding showroom facilities
  • Assist kitchen staff or caterers to serve guests throughout the day
  • Assist in move items/equipment for each visit, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Make copies as needed for visit • Answer phones as needed
  • Greet vendors and accept deliveries such as packages or mail Facilities focused – light office support:
  • Collecting and sending the mail or FedEx
  • Turning on and off equipment, such as lights, coffee, etc.
  • Stocking all rooms with supplies, such as Kleenex, pens, ipads, etc.
  • Restocking food areas, bathrooms, fridges, etc. as needed

 

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a support or coordinator role
  • Professional appearance, well-groomed and must dress in business attire
  • Positive, customer service attitude
  • Previous customer service or sales experience
  • Takes direction well
  • Proficient in answering phones and taking detailed messages
  • Proficient in MS Office software – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient typing skills Background:
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Experience working with serving food and beverage
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
