Job Description
  • National Account Manager Support assisting in contracts, pricing and financial deal modeling for Distribution Partners
  • Direct Aspen International AME account management
  • National Account Deal modeling which includes gross to net reports, sales trending and forecasting
  • Assist in creating Sales Presentations for National Account Customer Business Reviews
  • Provide monthly sales reports for National Accounts and International Sales as requested
  • Management of official documentation request from international customers
  • Conduct new product training, demonstrations and trials for Aspen Distributors
  • Due Diligence Process for new International customers
  • Conduct training for customer service for international order entry and processes
  • International Sales Liaison for Aspen Surgical as well as Aspen Medical Europe
  • Lead coordinator for private label opportunities with International customers
  • Establish and monitor plan for coverage when out of the office or traveling
  • Customer Service lead to assist in AME and Aspen International account order entry, customer complaints samples
  • Special projects related to improving international processes      

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Economics preferred
  • 2+ years? experience of customer service and customer support
  • Experience leading or participating as a key contributor on large cross functional projects
  • Hands-on experience using ERP software and various data querying tools
  • Strong MS office skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Cognos
  • Able to analyze technical data, challenge ideas and develop alternative solutions
  • Display excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to work with customers
  • Interact with clients to solve their analytics problems and effectively communicate results
  • Excellent active listening skills to determine customer needs and adjust to feedback
  • Drive effective decisions and maintain effectiveness under changing circumstances and priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Experience with international customers (IDEAL)
