Job Description

  • Support our Client’s Legal sales by following up on marketing leads generated.
  • Convert marketing leads to sales opportunities generated by making outbound calls.
  • Goal will be to meet at least 20 sales opportunities generated per month.
  • Complete and average 70 calls a day.
  • Time to contact on each marketing lead is a necessary component.
  • Ensure proper hand off of lead to sales rep to enhance customer experience.
  • Work cooperatively with Sales Manager and Sales/Account Executives
  • Maintain professional conduct and represent our Client's well with proper internal and external communication skills.       



  • Value Based Selling Approach: demonstrate the value of the service to prospective decision-makers through informed conversations focusing on features and benefits.
  • Business Acumen: strong understanding of our customers’ business.
  • Team Communication: collaborate and communicate regularly and effectively within team and across the organization.
  • Professional Communication Skills: effectively communicate verbally and written for a professional audience with a legal background

Results Driven: work independently to attain numbers with minimal supervision.
