Job Summary

The Atlanta Recruitment Center Coordinator will be a part of the recruiting team responsible for meeting the high volume staffing needs for hourly associates in the Atlanta market. Key responsibilities with regard to the recruitment process will be managing the applicant tracking system – StarFinder. Additional duties include pre-screening candidates in accordance with our client' s pre-employment processes and paperwork, and scheduling in person interviews for the recruiter. Other responsibilities include generating offer letters, assisting candidates with pre-employment and new hire paperwork, processing the drug and background checks in StarSystems, completing employment verifications when necessary, activating new hires in   and My Service Now, confirming and coordinating start dates and SAP data entry for new hires. The Coordinator will report directly in to the Atlanta Recruitment Center Recruiter.        

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes/applications
  • Manage candidates in StarFinder - Applicant Tracking System including the dispositioning and hiring of candidates
  • Conduct phone screens
  • Schedule interviews
  • Generate offer letters
  • Assist applicants with pre-employment and new hire paperwork
  • Process drug and background checks
  • Process adverse action documentation
  • Complete E-Verify
  • Coordinate employee start dates
  • Coordinate new hire training
  • Manage new hires in SAP (Payroll and HRIS system)     

 

Requirements:

  Knowledge of all Atlanta brands (St. Regis, W, Westin, Sheraton) preferred

  Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  Extensive knowledge of StarFinder preferred

 

  Experience

  Prefer at least 1 year of experience working in an HR, Staffing or Recruiting environment   Preferred Skills:

  Familiarity with Atlanta area including public transportation and local traffic patterns

  Knowledge of OFCCP and AAP compliance rules

 

  Education:

  High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’ s Degree preferred.

 

  Licenses or Certificates:

  Not applicable.
