Position Summary

The Marketing Automation Contractor will collaborate with internal marketing groups to  help lead seamless migration of two Marketo instances into one. Work with marketing groups across the value-based care business unit to ensure consistent, on-time campaigns. Help ensure integration with Salesforce.com

 

Essential Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales enablement, marketing operations, and marketing segment teams to ensure smooth migration of two Marketo instances into one.
  • Support marketing teams in their  campaign efforts: setting up campaigns, creating reports and troubleshooting
  • Enforce configuration and naming standards  for campaigns, assets and programs
  • Support our marketing automation system by maintaining a clean database and lead generation routing and operations processes
  • Review and recommend standard pipeline reporting procedure and metrics
  • Update and maintain  lead scoring functionality
  • Perform A/B testing
  • Support marketing programs through coding, testing and list selection within our marketing automation system
  • Maintain best practices of database communication by overseeing frequency of communication, appropriate list targeting and high deliverability

Preferred Skills & Experience

?  Bachelor' s Degree in Marketing or related field required

?  4-6 years working experience  in a relevant field (marketing automation, digital marketing, B2B marketing, etc.)

?  Certified Marketo Expert and Certified in Salesforce

?  Deep understanding of automation tools and digital marketing tactics as related to increasing lead generation that drives sales
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, organizational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities as required
