- The Contract Recruiter sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level to experienced candidates within Legal, Marketing, Finance and other critical functions.
- The well rounded Contract Recruiter will leverage several resources including an ATS platform, existing network of relationships and recruitment technologies.
- 5 – 7 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- Ability to present, interact and make recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Ability to navigate through multiple ATS and HR technology platforms
- A track record of successfully placing candidates for all job levels within multiple business functions
- While this role will focus on open positions in North America the ability to work with a diverse and dynamic group of global HR employees is required
- Proven experience in building a pipeline of qualified candidates and experience in building client relationships
- Preferred experience in Financial Services or FinTech organization
- While the Contract Recruiter will be a metrics driven, individual contributor, they will also be required to interact with a Team to accomplish projects and meetings
