Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter for an exciting opportunity to support Sales Recruitment in North America. The candidate will partner with Sales hiring managers and pipeline qualified candidates across North America. As a Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition Center Of Excellence, independently you will partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Compensation in a global organization. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
This role will require you to be a full life cycle recruiter and will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates to fill vacant roles and pipelining. The ideal candidate will be a true business partner and take a consultive approach to the Talent Acquisition function.
Constant networking, creativity and executing new ways of recruiting will be required in this role to be successful.
- Successful track record filling both telephonic and field sales positions
- Combination of both agency and corporate experience is ideal
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates
- Preferably experience in the Financial Technology space would be a plus
- Ability to use an ATS, Linked In and other forms of social media
