Position Summary

The HR Coordinator provides support and facilitates operations for the HR Business Partner team, working directly under the VP of Human Resources. Must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and partner with others when needed.

 

Essential Responsibilities
  • Supports HR Business Partners with position requisitions, job descriptions, policy inquiries, etc
  • Partners with other HR team members in recruiting, HRIS and operations to accomplish tasks
  • Maintains HR and employee files and other documentation as needed
  • Works with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues. Must maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive HR projects and upcoming changes
  • Assists in HR related projects as necessary
  • Utilizes all HR tools including the HRIS systems
  • Responds to and prepares HR reporting requests (metrics, org charts, etc)
  • Reviews and responds to general HR voicemails
  • All other responsibilities as needed

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within the Human Resources function
  • Must be detailed oriented including strong organization and prioritizations skills
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
