Job Description

The skills required are for individuals to make outbound calls to install software and perform a remote training session with a merchant on a Remote Deposit Capture device (check scanner). Training will be provided, but the agent needs customer interface soft skills, PC software skills, Webex skills, and check scanner skills. Preferably on a CX30 check scanner. Also handling inbound level 1 technical support calls as well as the outbound remote training.

           

Qualifications:
  • Call Center Experience
  • PC Knowledge/Navigation
