- Make outbound calls to install software and perform a remote training session with a merchant on a Remote Deposit Capture device (check scanner).
- Training will be provided, but the agent needs customer interface soft skills
- PC software skills
- Webex skills, and check scanner skills. Preferably on a CX30 check scanner.
- Handling inbound level 1 technical support calls as well as the outbound remote training.
