Job Description

     SAP
  • Create purchase orders, process goods receipts, follow up on approvals
  • Setup new vendor in system if necessary
  • Insure year end process for accruals and budgets are followed.

 

   Event/Meeting Planning
  • Schedule quarterly off-site Aftersales team meeting (approx. 20 attendees)
  • Plan and coordinate annual Aftersales dealer conference (approx. 250 attendees)
  • Create agenda, coordinate travel schedules
  • Create minutes of any group meetings
  • Follow up on open items/action plans

 

  Office Tasks
  • Shipping and receiving of small packages
  • Stock and order office supplies
  • Complete check deposit/check request requests
  • Miscellaneous billing for program and products to dealers
  • Complete internal orders, obtain approvals and process orders
  • Assist with on boarding process and access to systems for new employees
  • order new equipment (laptop, monitor, phone, office equipment etc.)
  • Assist management team in completing expense reports and arranging travel

 

Publishing
  • Update and Maintain the Aftersales area of InfoNet
  • Collect and publish bulletins for DealerNet and Weekly Reader
  • Convert Motorbook price files for ETK (monthly)

 

Projects and Reporting
  • Overhead report for budget tracking (monthly)
  • Obsolescence and Overstock reports (monthly)
  • Track and report monthly targets for promotions or special projects
  • Create power point slides and/or spreadsheets as needed to support projects
  • Perform analysis or fact finding on selected topics for special projects
  • Assume other project roles and tasks to support the management team as needed.
